Greg helped me imagine what was possible and worked with me to purchase my beautiful condo. After seeing the condo, Greg saw the look on my face and encouraged me to make an offer which we did that very Friday afternoon from his office. On Monday, the seller accepted and the condo would be mine! I appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm. It worked!

1. What did we do well as your realtors?
Greg was a good listener and very motivated to help us find our home. He showed us more than a dozen homes and checked in with us frequently throughout the process.

2. What can we do to improve our service?
The only thing I can think of is that we communicated our strong preference for mid-century modern homes. At first, the homes Greg showed us varied quite a bit in style (Cape Cod and Craftsman) but in the end, we got a mid-century home we love.

Greg was great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and great with communication. We were looking at older homes. I appreciated that he was knowledgeable about what work the houses we looked at would need down the road. The next time I’m looking to buy a home, I’ll definitely go with Greg again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I bought our first home with Greg, and above all else, we appreciated how he never pressured us at any point.
